Refund Policy

Guarantee period

We offer a 365-day guarantee from the date of payment confirmation.

For buyers subject to Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code (CDC), the 7-day withdrawal right from payment confirmation also applies where legally required.

How to request

Email support@celestialmessage.uk with the subject “Refund – Order #XXXX”.

Include: full name, purchase email, and order number (if available).

Refund method and timing

Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at checkout, within up to 7 business days after approval of the request.

Exceptions

• Requests outside the guarantee period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
• Accidental purchases must follow the same procedure within the stated period.
